As this product is new, you might notice a slight odor—this is normal, and you can rest assured it will dissipate. To accelerate the process, leave the product in a well-ventilated area for 2-3 days.

Thoroughly clean, dry, and flatten the installation surface to avoid complications during application. It’s beneficial to unroll the transition strip and lay it flat for several hours prior to installation. This allows the strip to relax, helping it adhere better to the floor. In colder temperatures, consider warming the strip with a hairdryer to soften the material, enabling it to conform to the floor surface more effectively. Just be cautious not to overheat the adhesive.
